The grape harvest consists of a collection of the grapes for the subsequent production and service of wine and liquor. In the case of table grapes, the term harvest is simply used.
The harvest of the grapes is a delicate process. There is a very short window of time for the harvest in order for it to measure and guarantee the perfect Brix degrees (sugar levels) of the grapes every day.
This is the most important event of the year for any vineyard, where work and talent of a great team come together to start off the wine production process possible. The grapes begin to wonderfully transform into a wine that highlights the unique conditions of the soil they were grown in, the weather conditions they withstood, and the unrepeatable circumstances of a successful harvest.
This year (2022) Los Remedios harvest will take place in the last week of August, producing approximately 15 tons of Moscatel, Merlot, Tempranillo and Syrah grapes.
